The St. Petersburg Astronomy Club and the Pinellas County Science Center
host free astronomy programs at each monthly general meeting. These
include lectures, demonstrations, and discussions, and are often
combined with observing sessions. The meetings are held at 8:00 P.M. on
the forth Friday of each month at the Science Center of Pinellas County,
7701 22nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL.
SPAC also provides free programs to public and private schools, scouts,
libraries, and universities. Special astronomy programs are often
scheduled with civic, handicapped, science, and nature organizations.
